History
Pensarus was founded in 2008. The name Pensarus comes from the Latin root meaning “to think” and “to reflect.” Our origins underscore a thoughtful, entrepreneurial approach that brings out the best in organizations.
We build teams that are equipped to thrive in a rapidly changing, increasingly tech-focused and AI-enabled world. We develop talent and systems that enable organizations to become both effective and sustainable—all with the larger goal of empowering healthy businesses and a strong society
